Breema presents a dynamic approach to touch and movement that opens up new possibilities for relating to others and to the world around us more harmoniously and essentially. Practicing Breema allows you to experience connection to yourself as you support others, and a taste of relaxed aliveness in the present moment. In this workshop you'll learn self-care exercises to revitalize and balance body, mind, and emotions; and partner bodywork that nurtures and energizes both the practitioner and the recipient. - Please be comfortable sitting and moving on a padded floor. Wear loose-fitting clothing, and be fragrance-free.
